quarter, the GLASC Board of Directors designates one charitable
cause to be the recipient of our
fund-raising efforts for that quarter. During many events we
raffle off
items to raise money for these
charities. In the past, GLASC
members have generously donated |

Recently,
we've donated to
the Safe Rides Program and the
Yellow Ribbon Organization (teen
suicide prevention), both based
in the Santa Clarita Valley.
In the past few years, we've
donated over $8,000 to charities. |

gay and local charities such as L.A. Shanti,
Minority AIDS Project, the Senior Center's Meals
on Wheels Program, the Schoolbus to Tolerance
Program, the Association to Aid Victims of
Domestic Violence and the Boys and Girls Club. |
